House Tours

The most recent BAHA spring tour took place on Sunday, 15 May 2022 and featured creekside gardens in Claremont Park.

The annual spring house tour is BAHA’s major fundraising event, as well as a vehicle to disseminate information on important Bay Area architects and Berkeley neighborhoods.

Our exhaustively researched house tour guidebooks provide a permanent record, not only of the featured houses, but of architecture in their neighborhoods.

Tour guidebooks are available for purchase at the BAHA office, 2318 Durant Avenue, every Thursday between 1:00 and 5:00 pm. Please note that guidebooks for tours marked OP are out of print.

Click the guidebook covers to see the houses featured in each tour. Photos albums from our house tours can be seen in the Photo Gallery.
